ORGNL Clothing

It looks like there’s a new street wear brand rising from Atlanta and it’s called ORGNL. The brand, founded by two friends, is built around individuality and brotherhood. ORGNL releases their first winter line which is dedicated to black history. They went with the black panther theme and put their own twist on it

The sweatshirts are made in the color maroon and black. A key feature in every ORGNL item is the lettering. The lettering is part of their branding technique where they extract the vowels, but where the word is still readable. “PWR” actually stands for “Power” and “WNTRMMXII” on the sleeve stands for “Winter 2012″.
All ORGNL products are made from high quality whether it’s a cut & sew piece or a simple sticker. The PWR sweats are limited to only 30 pieces and are now available at the ORGNL webshop. We at AGS are interested in seeing this brand grow more and we are definitely looking forward to the panels and snapback which should be coming in soon too.

Nike's Newest Technology Takes Knitting To A Whole New Level

In Nike's never-ending quest to make the lightest possible shoe for seasoned runners, the athletic company has come up with new Flyknit technology.
Nike engineered knit for performance to create running footwear that features only the essentials. Employing a new technology called Nike Flyknit, yarns and fabric variations are precisely engineered only where they are needed for a featherweight, formfitting and virtually seamless upper.

With all the structure and support knitted in, the Nike Flyknit Racer’s upper and tongue weighs just 34 grams (1.2 ounces). The whole shoe weighs a mere 160g (5.6 ounces) for a size 9, which is 19 percent lighter than the Nike Zoom Streak 3, a shoe worn by first, second and third place athletes in the Men’s marathon at the 2011 World Championships.
While reducing shoe weight is one aspect of helping runners, the Nike Flyknit upper is also engineered for a precision fit, creating a feeling of a second skin.
An additional environmentally sustainable benefit to Nike Flyknit is that it reduces waste. The one-piece upper does not use the multiple materials and material cuts used in traditional sports footwear manufacture. Nike Flyknit is truly a minimalist design with maximum return.

Never a brand to deny any aspect of its brand a special edition, Nike will be releasing three shoes in special HTM colorways. HTM is a long running collaborative effort between Japanese style leader Hiroshi Fujiwara, Nike design legend Tinker Hatfield and Nike Inc. CEO and designer Mark Parker.
The HTM collection will release in selected Nike locations beginning tomorrow, February 23rd, while the initial Flyknit racer is available now and can be seen in the gallery above and explained in the videos below.
